As our business grows, we are expanding our ad operations team to accommodate greater activity.

Job Description:
The Ad Operations Manager position will be responsible to develop and manage all aspects of our Ad Operations including technology, inventory management, reservation process, campaign fulfillment, reporting, training, QA process and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Finance to reconcile delivery with billing through delivery analysis
  • Manage the ad delivery system (Double Click) and maintain a checks and balance system to ensure proper campaign management.
  • Maintain the team’s strong customer service as it relates to advertising placement and delivery
  • Be able to accurately report on all advertising delivery activity on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and manage the necessary tools to effectively manage on-going activity
  • Develop creative ways to maximize revenue via inventory management
  • Have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging trends
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors including ad serving systems and rich media providers
  • Manage reporting metrics from various measurement systems, but specifically from ad delivery systems
  • Manage team of 2 Client Service Representatives responsible for the delivery and trafficking of all campaigns
  • Identify gaps and plan for growth within the department
  • Work closely with executive management (sales, marketing, operations) on long term strategies, excellence in
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years internet ad operations experience
  • Knowledge of current, standard ad delivery systems in the market with Double-Click expertise as a must
  • Experience identifying data retrieval requirements from sources including web logs and xml feeds
  • Proficient with database driven web statistics/analytics, tools, inventory projection and reporting automation
  • Experience delivering on various campaign metrics including CPM/CPC/CPA/CPD
  • Must have understanding of 3rd party tags
  • Working knowledge of advertising and interactive agencies and established relationships within that community
  • Expertise on all IAB Standards, existing and emerging rich media, and email guidelines
  • Have a deep understanding of traditional and new media, media buying cycles, industry trends and Web Publishing
  • Knowledge & experience in QA process & methodologies
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing, creative environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
