Job Description:
The Client Services Specialist position will be responsible trafficking and servicing online advertising campaigns for OSTG marketing clients, the position includes knowledge of ad serving systems, inventory management, reservation process, campaign fulfillment, reporting, and QA of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Finance to reconcile delivery with billing through delivery analysis
- Daily interface with the DoubleClick DART/DFP ad system with inventory projections, campaign delivery and issuing client reports
- Maintain the team’s strong customer service as it relates to advertising placement and delivery
- Be able to accurately report on all advertising delivery activity on an ongoing basis
- Work closely with sales representatives in the field
- Daily client interface on campaign results and optimization
- Packaging ad delivery reports for clients into Excel spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of HTML to troubleshoot posting errors
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years internet ad operations and customer service experience
- Knowledge of current, standard ad delivery systems in the market with Double-Click expertise as a must
- Experience delivering on various campaign metrics including CPM/CPC/CPA/CPD
- Must have understanding of 3rd party tags
- Knowledge & experience in QA process
- Ability to work in a rapidly growing, creative environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Experience with excel, powerpoint and word
- HTML knowledge
- Customer service experience
